Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@grakodesign.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped after approval, and any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@grakodesign.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@grakodesign.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
